We have a tenant - or rather - tenants. A young couple on their first home together - moving in the weekend of Feb. 24th. So, it's all going smoothly so far.

We Had the in-laws over for dinner yesterday - it was Adam's dad's 54th birthday, so we treated them both to a night off from domestics. It was a nice evening - Adam's mum was surprisingly and unusually pleasant - Raven even sat on her lap for a bit - and on her grandad's lap. A first, I believe, since she was born. We took lots of photos.
