Symptoms include:
Frequent urination.
Rash on back, chest, upper arms, thighs and scalp.
Itchy and irritated eyes.
Joint ache.
Dry and cracked skin on hands and lips.
Thirst - extreme thirst!
Reflux.
Thrush of the mouth and taste distortion and loss of taste.
Thrush of the vagina.
Extreme fatigue.
Headaches and feeling faint.
Irritability.

Of course it could be something else, but I doubt it. I've not seen the doctor yet, but I have been for all the blood tests this morning and shall know later today or at latest tomorrow morning what gives. If it's not diabetes, I don't know what it might be. All - and I do mean ALL - the symptoms are there.

I am sad. I know it's not a death sentence by any means, but it will impact greatly on my life and does present a significant risk to my health.

Or maybe it's a blessing in disguise, because I will now HAVE TO abandon all unhealthy food and big portions.

We're going to Thisted now to have Arthur vaccinated.
