I'm having brown discharge, and despite my husband's best attempts at making me cheer up and not worry, it's not working. I'm absolutely terrified. Probably I've read too many stories of pregnancies, which have been lost starting with brown discharge.

I'm sure if I rang the on-call midwife at the maternity unit where I belong, they would have me in for a scan, but it being weekend, and all, I don't know if they'd do it now or tell me to wait till Monday.

But hopefully there's nothing to worry about and it's just "one of those things." Only, because I never had it when I was expecting Raven, it's obviously pretty scary to suddenly have discharge. It doesn't help that I'm super moody today anyways... and I have a cold.

Comforting and reassurance needed...
